1. Eligible products returned within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method or you can select to receive store credit with
2. Any eligible product returned after 30 days will receive store credit with
3. We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • custom-cut products such as chain, wire, wire lace or cord

  • pre-packaged items that have been opened such as stringing materials, kits, seed beads or Delica seed beads

  • books or software

  • items which were discontinued at the time of purchase

4. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return refund total.
5. In the event you choose to return any non-defective items for which you have received a volume pricing discount, your credit may be adjusted for this item based on the quantity you kept.

If you receive an order with an error please call or email us so we can correct the issue immediately.

How quickly will you receive my return package after I ship it?

The length of time it takes for your return to arrive in our warehouse is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. USPS Parcel Post items can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination and have no guaranteed delivery time.

Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.

We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.

Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.

Be sure to include your name, order number, and contact information in the package, and email us ahead of time.  

If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Returned orders dispatched correctly does not qualify for refund of shipping fees.
